MOM & BABY YOGA
Enjoy a gentle yoga class that honours your postpartum body. Move through your practice with ease knowing you can tend to baby whenever necessary. Together we create a safe space for Mom & Baby to just 'be', while also having an opportunity to connect with other new moms in the community.
Acccessible to all postpartum mothers that have been cleared for physical activity by their physician.
