Build & Shred is a 45-minute fast-paced group fitness class composed of dynamic stretching, warm-up exercises, supersets, and targeted sets using dumbbells and barbells.
A consistent weightlifting practice is essential to increase overall strength, maintain consistent muscle growth, and enhance metabolism. The benefits of a strength training program consist of developing better balance, coordination, posture, and body mechanics. Regular strength training has been found to have a positive effect on both mood, and brain chemistry as a result of increased endorphin production. Whether you're joining in for a few months or maintaining a consistent practice; I look forward to supporting your fitness journey and goals.
